Moreover, this way does not deteriorate the condition of the oral cavity and has unlimited lifetime. However, the implantologist should be very responsible during the all process of implant placement. It is important not only to choose the right implant size, but also to identify the most correct position, to restore a bone and mucous membranes. In the place of 22 tooth, it was decided to use Bio3 implant with the size of 3.3\u00d713. After the flap grafts were installed, the wound was sutured.<br>Then a dentist held an open sinus lift through the access along the top of the alveolar ridge using trephine.<br>The main feature was the ability to monitor visually the state of the mucosa of the maxillary sinus.
